"And we design with longevity in mind, using only the highest-grade bronze for castings and stainless steel for internal mechanisms." Even the scrap bronze is recycled and floor sweepings reused.

When Sun Valley Bronze first started, every product was made entirely by hand. Today, the digital age has transformed how the company designs and manufactures, without compromising on craftsmanship. “CAD and 3D printing allow us to prototype quickly and collaborate more efficiently,” Commons says. CNC machinery ensures precision, while digital tools reduce environmental impact. "We see technology as a way to enhance, not replace, craftsmanship."
